Follow these guidelines for creating a PIN at initial login. Failing to do so may result in an unsuccessful login attempt.
|1.||At the login page, enter your Client code, your Username and your Passcode – which is your temporary PIN directly followed by the rotating number from the SecurID fob.|
|2.||You will then be prompted to create your personal PIN. Use exactly eight case-sensitive, alphanumeric characters. Do not use punctuation or other characters.|
Once you have created your PIN, you will be prompted to select answers for 3 security questions. These questions will allow you to request your login credentials from the product login page should the need arise in the future.
